Every sign comes with a hanging kit, and each product page lists its exact dimensions.

No. It is run with an A/C power cord (included).

Yes. Our signs are licensed and approved through the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).

Using the hanging kit (included) you can hang the sign directly on the wall (wall stud is not needed). Also possible to hang with damage free hanging systems such as Command Strips/Hooks as long as rated for 5 pounds or more.

TeamTicker has a limited warranty that can be viewed here.

At this time there is no sleep mode but you may turn the sign off at any time without losing any data. Another option is to use a smart plug to schedule the sign to turn on/off.

The sign does have speakers allowing it to play sound. There is a volume adjustment in the mobile app. You can turn off the sound by setting the volume to zero.

  • Michigan: "Hail to the Victors"
  • Michigan State: "Victory for MSU"
  • Penn State: "Fight On, State"
  • Florida: "The Orange and Blue"
  • Tennessee: "Rocky Top" and "Down the Field"
  • West Virginia: "Hail West Virginia"
  • Cincinnati: "Cheer Cincinnati"

You can turn the volume up, down or off in the app.

TeamTicker requires a 2.4 GHz wireless network to receive content and software updates. The network can be protected with a username (SSID) and password or can be an open network with no password.

The display screen's brightness is fixed and can't be adjusted.

Every TeamTicker also has LED backlighting: two LED strips that light up the wall behind the sign. You can turn the backlighting on or off anytime in the TeamTicker Manager app.

Yes the sign will stand up on a table using a simple tripod or other small stand, or by any other simple modifications of your choosing.

No additional subscription fee is required to see all the great pre-loaded content on your TeamTicker.

The power cord is quite long. You can hang your TeamTicker approximately 7 feet horizontally on either side of an outlet.

Every TeamTicker covers football, men's and women's basketball, women's soccer and baseball.

Some signs cover more:

  • Softball: Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Florida and Tennessee
  • D1 men's hockey: Michigan, Michigan State and Penn State

West Virginia and Cincinnati signs don't include softball. Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia and Cincinnati signs don't include hockey.

You can choose which sports show up on your display in the TeamTicker Manager app.

The display screen is approximately 10.5" W x 5.5" H and can easily be viewed from 20+ feet away.
